Fair questions

Do I need to buy credits?: No — and most customers never do. Building your website, changing it, and putting those changes live are always free and unlimited. Credits only pay for optional AI extras, like having the AI write your text or create a picture for you.
How do I change my website once it’s live?: Just open it and start editing — your live website keeps running exactly as it was while you work. When you’re happy, press Publish and the new version goes live. There’s nothing to take down first, and changing things is always free.
What happens when my 7-day trial ends?: Your work is saved and your account stays open — your website just pauses until you pick a plan. We don’t ask for card details up front, so nothing is ever charged without you choosing it.
Can I cancel anytime?: Yes. Press cancel on your billing page — two clicks, no emails, no phone calls, no “are you sure” guilt trips. The payments stop, and your website stays up until the end of the time you’ve already paid for.
Do credits expire?: Packs last 12 months from the day you buy them — they don’t vanish at the end of the month. You can always see your balance, you see what the AI made before it touches your website, and if the AI has a hiccup and gives you nothing, that credit goes straight back.
Does the Business plan include a web address like yourbusiness.com?: It lets you use one. You buy the address itself from any address seller — Cloudflare, GoDaddy and others charge around $10–15 a year — and it stays yours forever. We handle everything technical to make your website appear on it.
What does paying yearly save?: Two months — pay for 10, get 12. You can switch between monthly and yearly whenever you like from your billing page.
